Guest With Disabilities:
The Constant Center features accessible seating and companion seating at all levels for guests with physical disabilities. We offer convenient disability parking, shuttles with accessible seating and parking, and an assisted listening system. Special Services
Constant Center Guest Services Representatives are available to assist wheelchair-bound guests and guests on crutches at any entrance. Our representatives will take you as close as possible to your seat and make arrangements to pick you up at the end of the night. Simply notify a Gate Supervisor at any of our entrances and they will radio for assistance.

Designated Driver Service
We at the Constant Center are very concerned for the safety of all our guests. In an effort to support responsible behavior, our Designated Driver Program is available at all events and is coordinated at Guest Services.

Reservation Service
Planning dinner after a Constant Center event? Our Guest Service Representatives will contact and reserve seating at any local restaurant for any patron during a special event or basketball game. Simply notify any Guest Service Representative and he/she will make the arrangements.

Lost Child
Children should be told to contact a Ted Constant Convocation Center representative should he/she become lost. A lost child will be taken to the Guest Service Center located in the main lobby.

Baby Stroller Check
Parents/Guardians who bring an infant into the arena will have the opportunity to leave their baby stroller with the Guest Services located in the main lobby. Guest Services will store the stroller in a storage facility for the duration of the event. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to pick up the baby stroller when he/she leaves the Center.
