Parking Info

Parking fees are included in the cost of the ticket so there is no additional fee to pay for parking at Constant Center events. Parking decks are located on the North and South sides of the building, as well as on the campus of Old Dominion University.

For select events, reserved parking is available to buy at the Constant Center Box Office or online at COXTix.com (available online only until the night before the event). Please call (757) 683-4444 to find out which events offer reserved parking.

Directions to Constant Center Parking Garages

Northbound:
Route 1 - Traveling northbound on Hampton Blvd. from Downtown Norfolk/Midtown Tunnel, turn right on 41^st Street, then turn left into the Constant Center South parking garage.

Route 2 - Traveling northbound on Hampton Blvd. from Downtown Norfolk/Midtown Tunnel, turn left on 43^rd Street, then turn into the ODU parking garage located on the corner of 43^rd Street and Elkhorn Ave.

Southbound:
Route 1 - Traveling southbound on Hampton Blvd. from Terminal Blvd./Norfolk Naval Base, turn left on 45^th Street, then turn left into the Constant Center North parking garage.

Route 2 - Traveling southbound on Hampton Blvd. Terminal Blvd./Norfolk Naval Base, turn right on 43^th Street, Park in the ODU parking garage located on the corner of 43^rd Street and Elkhorn Ave.
