Alcohol:
Guests are not permitted to bring alcohol into the facility, nor are they permitted to leave with it.  Alcohol may be served at select events.  Virginia State laws prohibit the consumption of any alcoholic beverage by any persons under the age of 21.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without proper identification. Call (757) 683-5762 to see if alcohol will be served at an event.

ATMs:
There are two ATM machines at the Ted Constant Convocation Center, both located in the main concourse on top of section 102.

Box Office:
The Box Office is located at the Constant Convocation Center on the corner of 43rd Street and Hampton Blvd. Box Office is open Monday-Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. For questions regarding ticketing, please call (757) 683-4444 (tickets cannot be purchased through this phone number).

Tickets are sold through COXTix.com, at the Constant Center Box Office, or charge-by-phone at 888-3-COXTIX.

Cameras:
The use of still cameras/flash photography and recording devices is prohibited at most Constant Center events. If a patron brings a camera or recording device into the center, the patron will be asked to return that item to his/her vehicle, or check it with guest services. Cameras are allowed into certain events, however you should call the Constant Center at (757) 683-5762 to determine if your event does allow cameras.

Concession Specialty Items:
The Ted Constant Convocation Center food service provider, Aramark, is proud to offer a variety of food choices including traditional concession items and the following specialty items: Gyros, Smithfield BBQ, Dip 'n Dots, and more!

Doors:
For most events, doors open one hour prior to the event start time.

Elevators:
There are three elevators located in the Constant Center. Two VIP elevators are located behind Sections 107 and 207 on the south end of the building. A patron elevator is located behind Section 113 on the east side of the building..

First Aid:
If medical assistance is required, notify the nearest Ted Constant Convocation Center representative and he/she will escort you to the first aid station. Our first aid facility is fully equipped to handle all minor injuries.

Group Tickets:
Anyone interested in purchasing group tickets for an event should contact the group sales office at (757) 683-5000.

Hall of Fame:
Old Dominion University's Hall of Fame is located in the main lobby. The Hall of Fame will exhibit artifacts and memorabilia of ODU Athletics dating back to the 1930’s.

Handicapped Accessible Parking/Drop Off:
Handicapped accessible parking is available in every parking deck and is close to the parking deck elevators. For most events, there is a handicap drop off area located on the 45th Street (North) entrance of the building. There is an elevator located at this entrance, which can take guests up to the concourse and VIP levels. Hotels:
The SpringHill Suites by Marriott is the only hotel within walking distance of the Constant Center. Please click here for more info or to book a room. 

Lost and Found:
Any items that have been lost or found should be reported to Guest Services in the main lobby or the administration office.  Please call (757) 683-5762 to recover lost items. 

Meetings/Banquets:
Meeting rooms are available to rent for meetings and banquets.  Call the administration office at (757) 683-5762 for more information.

Parking:
Parking fees are included in the cost of the ticket so there is no additional fee to pay for parking at any Constant Center event. Parking decks are located on the North and South sides of the building, as well as on the ODU campus. Click here for a parking map. For select events, reserved parking is available to buy at the Constant Center box office or online at www.coxtix.com (available online only until the night before the event).

Re-Entry:
Guests may not leave the center and then re-enter.

Restrictions:
The following is a list of the Ted Constant Convocation Center restrictions:

1. Alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs
2. Glass bottles or aluminum cans
3. Ice chests (coolers) or thermos containers
4. Cameras or recording devices (allowed only at specific events)
5. Sticks or clubs
6. Fireworks, firearms, or other weapons
7. Bullhorns or noise makers
8. Confetti or balloons
9. Animals (except certified service dogs for the disabled)
10. Beachballs and other inflatables
11. Outside food or beverages
12. Skateboards or rollerblades
13. Water bottles or mugs

Restrooms:
All restrooms in the Ted Constant Convocation Center have diaper-changing stations available and are accessible to persons with disabilities. The Constant Center also has family restrooms in the main concourse and suite level.

Smoking:
The Ted Constant Convocation Center is a non-smoking facility, except in designated smoking areas. All seating areas are classified as non-smoking. The designated smoking area is located outside the main lobby.

Ticket Issues:
Duplicate Tickets: If you encounter another guest that has a ticket for the same seat, contact the nearest guest attendant.
Lost/Stolen Tickets: All issues with lost or stolen tickets should be directed to the Box Office at (757) 683-4444.
Refunds: Tickets cannot be refunded, cancelled or exchanged. If the event cancels or postpones, call the Box Office for refund information.
Tickets for Children:  A ticket is required for all children over 1 year of age.
